1. Self-made and customized a dual-station multi-function winch electric control detection system
2. Transform the internal dynamic load test bench (testing room) and add the control system of the vertical test bench
3. Make a 3T adjustable ATV winch dynamic load test bench, which is convenient for small-size winch-type opening test and various test certificates
4. Design a set of wire rope intercepting machine that can automatically control the length of the program, automatically cut off, and automatically fuse
5. Add 2 drilling and tapping centers for the processing of product parts
Technology Innovation Work in 2020
1. Continue to complete the unfinished technology development of our vehicle winch in 2019, and develop 5 additional key projects. Ensure the completion of innovative projects, key and difficult projects, and improve the competitiveness of the company's industrial winch.
2. Solve and track existing winch quality problems. External quality feedback with 50% target reduction
3. Strengthen the timeliness of after-sales customer service problem solving and improve the market and customer satisfaction
4. Make sure that the hydraulic winch is transferred to production and track and implement the completion of the army project.
